All elements of Market Rush — including but not limited to source code, visual assets, animations, audio, and written text — are the intellectual property of Market Rush and its contributors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of these materials to you.
While using Market Rush you must not:
Market Rush is a completely free game. It contains no in-app purchases, no paid upgrades, no virtual currency available for real money, and no gambling or wagering elements of any kind. Any points, scores, or achievements you earn in the game are fictional game-state values with zero monetary worth in the real world.
Market Rush is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Market Rush makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be available continuously, free of bugs, or compatible with every browser or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Market Rush and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Market Rush. Because the game is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the game is limited to zero.

The 'Last updated' date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the game after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Market Rush is registered, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
